　　Outdoor children's play equipment is exposed to natural environments for a long time and is easily affected by dust, rain, microorganisms, etc. Scientific cleaning and maintenance can not only ensure the safety of children's play, but also extend the service life of the equipment. It is necessary to classify operations based on equipment materials and functions to avoid a one size fits all approach. The specific methods are as follows:

　　1、 Cleaning and Disinfection by Material Classification

　　(1) Cleaning of soft decorative items: Use a soft fabric dipped in an appropriate amount of soapy water to gently wipe surface stains, avoiding deformation caused by excessive pulling. Disinfection and drying: After cleaning, wipe off any remaining soapy water with clean water, dilute with 84 disinfectant according to the instructions, and spray evenly for disinfection. Let it stand for 10-15 minutes, then let it dry naturally in a well ventilated place to ensure complete drying before use to prevent the growth of bacteria due to moisture.

　　(2) Cleaning of wooden amusement equipment: Wooden equipment has the characteristics of moisture resistance and heat resistance. After being fully soaked in soapy water, it can be washed with a soft cloth or brush, focusing on cleaning the dirt in the gaps and textures. Disinfection and drying: After cleaning, dry the wood in the sun and spray it with diluted 84 disinfectant for disinfection. After the disinfectant is fully applied, dry the wood again to prevent mold and deformation.

　　(3) Plastic and fiberglass equipment

 

　　Cleaning: Dilute soapy water, disinfectant laundry detergent, and bleach powder in a reasonable proportion into a cleaning solution, soak the equipment in it, or use a soft cloth or brush dipped in the cleaning solution to scrub the surface thoroughly to remove stains and microorganisms. Disinfection and drying: After cleaning, rinse repeatedly with clean water to ensure there is no residue of cleaning agent. Then dry with a cleaning cloth or sun dry naturally, spray 84 disinfectant for disinfection, and check if the surface is smooth and free of residue after drying.

　　(4) Safety preparation for electric amusement equipment: The power must be cut off before cleaning, and direct watering of the equipment with water is strictly prohibited to prevent safety accidents caused by short circuits in the circuit. Cleaning and drying: Use a wrung out damp cloth to wipe the surface and non circuit parts of the equipment, with a focus on cleaning high-frequency contact areas such as buttons and handrails. After cleaning, wait for the equipment to completely dry (which can be accelerated by ventilation equipment) before turning on the power to ensure circuit safety.

　　2、 Special structure maintenance and drainage treatment for water accumulation prevention: For structures such as outdoor slides and drill pipes that are prone to water accumulation, timely inspection is required after rainy days. If water accumulation is found, a drainage hole with a diameter of about 4 millimeters should be drilled at the lower part of the equipment (such as the bottom of the slide or the end of the drill pipe) to ensure that the accumulated water is quickly discharged and to avoid breeding mosquitoes and corroding the equipment. 　　3、 Regular maintenance and safety inspections, as well as regular disinfection: Every month, the overall surface, internal space (such as drill barrels, crawling interiors), floor, walls, and other areas of outdoor amusement equipment are rinsed with water flow 1-2 times, and then diluted disinfectant is sprayed for disinfection, forming a normalized cleaning mechanism. Comprehensive safety inspection: During the cleaning and maintenance process, conduct safety hazard investigation simultaneously: check whether the connection parts of the equipment are firm, such as whether the screws and buckles are loose or detached; Check if the metal frequently moving connection parts (such as turntable bearings and swing chains) are worn or corroded, lubricate or replace them in a timely manner; Check whether the electrical components of the circuit (such as the wiring and switches of electric equipment) are intact, whether they are exposed or damaged; Check the surface of the equipment for sharp edges, burrs, etc., and polish them in a timely manner to prevent scratching children.

Drying priority: All equipment must be thoroughly dried after cleaning. A humid environment is a "breeding ground" for equipment aging and microbial growth, and drying is a key step in maintenance. Safety: Electric equipment must be powered off during cleaning, and safety protection must be taken for high-altitude operations (such as cleaning high-altitude equipment) to ensure the safety of operators. Record and feedback: Establish an equipment maintenance record form to record the time and results of each cleaning, disinfection, and inspection. If equipment damage or safety hazards are found, they should be reported and repaired in a timely manner to form a closed-loop management.
